Agent COLLATERAL
Working for a real estate company is a lot like working for a design agency in the fact that every agent is a unique client with their own branding and needs. At the Ebby Halliday Family of Companies, there are over 2,000 agents, each of which need to be serviced under the guidelines of the brand umbrella. These are my favorite projects I made while working with some of the incredible agents within the industry.

Marcontell + Gilchrest (Kelly Marcontell and Susan Gilchrest) are top producing agents within the Southlake & Westlake areas of Dallas Texas. They have a very unique style that stands in contrast to Ebby Halliday branding with a rich navy blue and hot pink accents. Over the years I’ve helped them evolve and adapt their brand for various publication ads. The right most spread being the most recent ad I made for them. From showing off multiple properties, highlighting their success through stats, to acknowledging the breadth of their team, these ads show my design flexibility amongst a diversity of requests.

An ad emphasizing the seamless transition from a competitor to our company, all while maintaining Wright’s visual identity.

A listing presentation packet to help sell an agent to his potential clients. It was designed to be entirely customized to his branding and style, while still maintaining the integrity of the brokerage that he represented.

Business
cards
Even the smallest details can elevate a brand, which is why the patterns make these business cards, and the individual, stand out against the competition.
SOCIAL MEDIA
A series of social media graphics for instagram promoting Dennis Hammett’s feature in “Modern Men”. This is not only a blend of Dennis’s style with the Ebby branding, but also was made to fit within the style of the magazine itself.

BILLBOARDS
I’ve found billboards to be one of the most challenging formats to design for. Not only does it break a lot of the conventional principles of design, in order to maximize the space, but it also lends itself to an incredibly narrow field with lots of other environmental challenges. These are some of the many that I’ve worked on, yet they stand above the rest.
